The Mantra I suggest you play is:

We call in Ganesha, the remover of obstacles.
As you say the mantra, pull a petal off of the rose flower and place the petal into a bowl. Continue this process 108 times. Each time you say the chant allow your anger to be released with the rose petal. When you are done you will have a beautiful bowl of rose petals. Each pedal represents a piece of your anger that you are releasing to the universe with love to be dispelled.
You can then spread your rose petals underneath the tree or a flower that you truly enjoy, or you can burn them along with your releases.
