The Art of Authentic Giving

Have you ever felt obligated to give? I know I have and it doesn’t feel good!

Authentic giving is all about giving from your soul!

~Below is a quote I found that truly resonated with me~
“One of life’s most basic laws is,
“every single act of love, kindness,
and generosity will multiply to you
many times over.”

Now this is what I mean by authentically giving! Giving because you want something in return has an ulterior motive. I am talking about giving from your heart because it feels good with no expectation of anything in return.

8 Giving from Your Soul Ideas
1~ Give a compliment
2~ Give your time, be there to hold space for someone
3~ Give your energy in form of healing thoughts, love, and prayers
4~ Give a smile to warm someone’s day
5~ Give a positive example of how to live
6~ Give LOVE
7~ A gift of an item that will make a difference in someone’s life.
8~ Write a note of appreciation

Gifts from your heart do not have to cost you money!

Gifts mean so much more when they come from your heart. It’s more about taking the time to gift a piece of you to another person. It could be making a quick phone call to a friend who know is having a difficult, it could be giving your partner a back rub, or sitting in meditation while sending healing thoughts and love to someone who needs it!

The point is to shift your thoughts outside of yourself to impact another human being. It isn’t even important if they know you have given them a gift. What is important is that you have given a piece of your soul to better another human’s life.

This is what shifting the collective Consciousness is all about.

It is remembering that we are all connected. If I am doing well, but you are struggling then essentially a part of me is also struggling. We must remember that we are all interconnected, and if you or I are hurting and struggling then we are all hurting and struggling. I know that one person can not change the world, it happens one person at time by making these small acts of kindness.

By giving a gift from your Soul, you are opening your heart center and allowing yourself to feel compassion, appreciation, and love for another human being! This is also a huge gift for yourself!

Always remember to give to yourself first! You can’t pour from an empty cup. This can be as simple as giving yourself acceptance. I urge you to give back to yourself everyday! Feed your own soul.
